I approach counseling from a holistic lens to help you identify and address areas for healing and growth. This process draws from a variety of counseling techniques based on your needs, while assisting you in discovering the best path for you to overcome barriers and resolve past and present issues. I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling from Western Seminary in Portland, OR. Outside of work I enjoy time with my family, music, art, and nature."
