What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, engaged, and nonjudgmental. There is room for laughter, tears, uncertainty, complexity, and discovery. I work with individuals, couples, and people in expansive relationship constellations. Together, we may explore how identity, attachment, communication, conflict, and repair shape your sense of self and your connections with others. My goal is to help create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels respectful to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first sessions, we will get to know what brings you to therapy, what has helped or hindered in the past, and what support feels most useful now. From there, we will co-create goals and regularly revisit this process as our work and relationship evolve. My approach draws from relational, attachment-aware, somatic, mindfulness-based, and emotion-focused therapies (EFT), with tools from ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing when helpful.
