Throughout my career, I have recognized a significant need in the community for accessible mental health services, especially for populations or locations where these services may not be readily available. That's why I am committed to providing accessible mental health care and have found telehealth to be a great option for many, often even preferred by my clients. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a space to process, grow, and heal. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can work towards clarity, resilience, and personal growth - at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, or simply seeking deepers self-understanding, I'm here to help. Currently, I am offering telehealth sessions and plan to eventually expand to an in-person office to better meet the needs of my clients.
