What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have more than 20 years of experience?working with various populations across clinical settings, including a community mental health clinic, hospital, collage wellness center, and residential substance abuse treatment. I earned my BSW in Hungary at the University of Debrecen and MSW in the US at Touro College Graduate School of Social Work. Upon graduation, I completed a Motivational Interview training at Columbia University, as well as earned a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor certificate based on my experience with the population.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Building trust can be a difficult, and delicate, task. That’s why I use strength-based therapy, so you feel empowered and in control. Taking an integrated approach, I tailor care to your needs, incorporating Psychodynamic, Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapies, to name a few. My goal is to determine your strengths, reintroduce them to you, and show you how to use them – in other words, providing you with the empowerment to triumph through difficult times.
