What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time My main goal is to meet you where you are and collaborate with you to find the best treatment approach. I value collaboration and believe that therapy is a relationship - I want to make sure that you feel comfortable with me while simultaneously ensuring I have the best clinical expertise to meet your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first meeting together will be an assessment - not only will we get to know each other and build rapport, we'll also go through a history of psychological, biological, and social development. From there, we will decide how frequently we'll meet and set goals for our time together. Eventually, the goal is for you to "graduate" for therapy and apply what you learn into your daily life.
