Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful act of self-care, and I’m here to support you on your journey. I provide a nonjudgmental, holistic, and person-centered approach, helping clients develop healthy coping skills to navigate anxiety, depression, disordered eating and body image concerns, grief, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and maladaptive behaviors. In a warm, safe, and nurturing environment, I guide clients in identifying and utilizing their unique strengths to challenge negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Using evidence-based methods, I help individuals and families find solutions, process emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change that reduces stress and fosters personal growth. I am dedicated to support my clients in leading a life worth living. My goal is to empower you to embrace your full potential, overcome challenges, and move forward with confidence. Life can present many challenges especially, when we have experienced invalidation. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to to tell your story and help you develop coping skills that help you build a life worth living.
