Following this, I conduct a comprehensive assessment to gather more detailed information about your mental health history, current challenges, and any relevant life circumstances.

Sessions are structured around these goals, with a flexible approach that adapts as you progress. Throughout our work together, I emphasize open communication, encouraging feedback to ensure that therapy remains effective and aligned with your evolving objectives.
