Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia and have been practicing over 30 years. I am passionate, hard-working, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment while assisting you with your healing, finding a balance, and helping you become the person you were created to become.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My experiences include but are not limited to providing social services and counseling while working with children, adolescents, and adults within schools, out patient settings, and communities. I have unique experiences with adoption and foster care. My expectation for a client is they be willing to work in order to maximize the therapeutic relationship that will be formed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions. I am an advocate for my clients and able to comprehensively think through and problem solve issues and barriers. I believe in meeting the client where they are, working with them to reach their goals without imposing judgement. Compassion, loyalty, and dedication are skills I bring to the therapeutic alliance, which helps to build a relationship of trust where all issues can be discussed without concern.
