Ms. Mukhtar is a provisionally licensed within the state of New York. She works under the supervision of Margaret Riback, LMHC, Clinical Supervisor at Torres Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC.
You will receive an email from the office once you book asking you to complete documentation and to discuss logistics regarding your appointment.
An intake appointment is an information-gathering session in order to assess if our practice is an appropriate level of care and evaluate for risk factors.
Following the intake, you will be set up for a recurring appointment at a specific date and time. Please note that the times that are available when booking are the appointment time and day that recurring appointments are available. However, at times this can differ.
