She earned her Master's in Administration, Policy, and Planning from Rutgers School of Social Work and holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. Her areas of expertise include stress management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and personal growth. Ari utilizes a multidimensional approach to therapy, with the goal of assisting clients in healing from within, building self-worth, and reaching personal goals. Her therapy space is a non-judgment zone, infused with humor and grace.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
