Arianna is a New York State Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit) who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York, and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Raised in a large family, Arianna was always surrounded by diverse perspectives and experiences, which nurtured her deep sense of empathy and understanding. From a young age, those around her often remarked on her ability to connect with others on a profound emotional level, a quality that has continued to shape her approach to therapy. Early in her academic career, Arianna worked with college students, providing guidance and support as they navigated the complexities of balancing academic, work, and home life. This experience sparked her passion for helping individuals cope with stress and mental health challenges, especially during major life transitions. During her graduate studies, Arianna expanded her clinical expertise where she supported clients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, grief, addiction, and custody battles. This work reinforced the importance of fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, where clients can be open and vulnerable in their healing process. Arianna learned the significance of patience, genuineness, and authenticity in building strong therapeutic relationships. Her natural empathy, combined with her clinical training, has allowed her to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to work toward their goals and improve their mental well-being.

Arianna incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches into her practice, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She tailors these techniques to fit each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them develop coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and work toward positive life changes. With a strong commitment to creating a compassionate and empathetic environment, Arianna is dedicated to helping her clients navigate life's challenges, heal from past wounds, and achieve their fullest potential.
