Getting to know Ariel Glaze

I am a licensed professional counselor driven by a deep passion for supporting others through life’s most difficult challenges. My journey into mental health was sparked by a personal experience, witnessing a close individual go through a mental health crisis, which inspired me to learn more about mental health in all its forms. What started as a desire to understand soon evolved into a mission to help others, leading me to volunteer and eventually pursue a career dedicated to assisting people in overcoming their struggles. I am committed to helping teens and adults of all ages develop new strategies for managing mental health diagnoses and coping with life’s stressors, anxiety, and depression. I am also certified in cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, which allows me to provide specialized care for individuals navigating trauma. I believe in a personalized, person-centered approach to therapy, understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to tailor interventions that best fit the needs of each individual, promoting collaboration and self-actualization to help clients believe in and achieve their goals. My clinical focus includes adjustment disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and mood disorders.
