Ash is a terrific therapist. She is attentive, patient, and thoughtful. She is well-versed in many issue areas, especially for young lgbtq+ people, and is always eager to learn and practice more about any areas she may not already have expertise in. Ash always seamlessly finds a way to make you feel validated without enabling maladaptive behavior or thought patterns. I highly recommend her.
I’ve been working with Ash for about a year now, and I can confidently say I’ve never felt so at ease with a therapist before. They are incredibly thoughtful, respectful, and down-to-earth—it truly feels like talking to one of my best friends. Ash has been instrumental in helping me navigate complex relationship issues with partners and family. They have guided me in rebuilding trust in myself, healing from traumatic experiences, and working through painful heartbreaks. Their compassionate yet practical approach has made all the difference in my journey. Ash creates a safe and supportive space where I feel truly heard and understood without any judgment. I’m so grateful for their care and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a skilled, empathetic therapist who genuinely invests in their patients well-being.
