My approach to therapy focuses on helping clients recognize and address unhelpful behaviors, habits, and beliefs that might be holding them back. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, where clients play an active role in shaping their own path to growth and healing. As part of my formal training, I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Southern University and A&M College, which has equipped me to work with a wide range of mental health concerns across diverse populations. I combine evidence-based psychotherapy techniques with empathy and kindness to help clients overcome personal struggles. Collaborating closely with each client, I develop treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs and preferences, empowering them to make meaningful, positive changes.
