I integrate various evidence-based techniques based on what best fits your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, tools for coping, and a sense of progress. Therapy is a journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
