Do mor book here. I don’t know what kind of practice this is, but I spent 45 minutes of my own time filling out a questionnaire prior to the appointment, then was told that the appointment that I made was an intake appointment that I needed to pay for, where they proceeded to ask me all of the same questions that I filled out on my own time. They said it was a separate question list, but it makes no sense. I’m also being charged for this visit without seeing a therapist. Absolutely horrible Do not waste your time or money. The only positive here was the girl that I spoke to who did my intake was
very sweet, which it’s not the person that I’m leaving a review for I’m not too sure why it says that this was the person I spoke to? So unorganized.

This office came up for their specialization in my mental health concerns, however after intake made it clear they didn’t have the facilities to treat me.

Very questionable practice. Was charged a visit and no service was provided but to take my information. I was not seen by the doctor I made the appointment with. I was then charged for a session for a different doctor who I did not see at any point.

I did not see this provider at all. You get charged for a full visit when you're talking to an intake person. However, I did think the person I spoke with did a great job. I just don't know how ethical it is to charge for professional services when they aren't being provided by a licensed professional.
