I specialize in working with adults who are carrying the effects of trauma, chronic stress, grief, and complex relationship wounds. Many of my clients appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected on the inside.
I have extensive training in trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma (C-PTSD), and I work with individuals who grew up in environments marked by instability, conflict, or emotional neglect. Together, we focus on understanding how past experiences shape present patterns — and how to gently but effectively shift them.
My approach is compassionate, structured, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical. Clients can expect a space that is grounded, honest, and goal-oriented, where we build insight, emotional regulation skills, and healthier relational patterns.

Because I specialize in trauma and complex trauma, I move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. We do not rush into painful material without building stability first. A strong foundation of coping skills and emotional regulation is essential before deeper trauma work begins.
You can expect honesty, compassion, and clear direction. I will gently challenge patterns when needed, but always with care and intention. Therapy is not just about talking — it is about growth, insight, and meaningful change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first few sessions, we focus on understanding your current concerns, your history, and what you would like to change. We will clarify goals together and determine a direction that feels both meaningful and manageable.
Early work often includes identifying patterns — especially those connected to trauma, chronic stress, or relationship dynamics — and building tools to improve emotional regulation and coping. Establishing stability is an important foundation before engaging in deeper trauma processing.
In ongoing sessions, we balance reflection with practical skill-building. Some sessions may focus on processing past experiences, while others may focus on present-day challenges, communication patterns, or decision-making. Therapy is active and collaborative rather than passive conversation.
Throughout the process, we periodically review progress and adjust goals as needed. My aim is to ensure that therapy remains focused, effective, and aligned with your growth.
