“Starting at the beginning of the appointment I felt calm and comfortable to open up. Audrey was very respectful with things I wasn’t ready to elaborate about as well. The flow was natural and I felt safe. She is not the first counselor I’ve had and I have not had a bad experiences with previous counselors they just weren’t right for me. I only mention this to emphasize that I noticed right away how well she was at listening and remembering all that I was opening up about.”

Audrey is amazing! This was my first time seeing her, and even though it was our first session I felt very comfortable talking with her and found her very helpful. She is a fantastic listener and a great sounding board.”
She really listens to what I am experiencing and my thoughts . During this time I felt she was a voice of guidance helping me see what is going on. That is what I needed: someone who does not know who I am but listens and helps me realize what am I doing and how to get to what I need and the results I want out of therapy time. I really feel a lot better and more driven to accomplish what I wanted to do when I started therapy
