I do not accept any insurances at this time. Please do not set up an appointment unless you are open to out-of-network services. I also offer courtesy billing for clients who pay out of pocket. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary, which equips me to support you effectively on this journey. What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over eight years of experience supporting parents and couples. My specialty is helping couples improve communication, heal from trauma, and develop healthy parenting skills. In each session, we will work together to understand the root cause of your challenges and develop healthy ways of building connections with your partner or your child. When you are ready to make an investment in yourself and your relationship, feel free to reach out. What is your typical process for working with clients?

What couples can expect from working with me is 1) exploration into your relationship and how your past is impacting the present, 2) extensive conversation and practice around how you can rebuild your relationship and improve your communication, connection, and respect for each other 3) a plan for how to strengthen your parenting and respond to your child's challenging behaviors.
