What should a new client know about working with you?

You are unique and so is your therapy process. With compassion and warmth, I am here to be your partner and guide on your growth journey. I look forward to working with you on whatever you are struggling with currently.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My integrative treatment approach allows for holistically attunement and attending to the body, brain, mind, and emotions. This process will incorporate elements from various treatment orientations such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy and Dialectical frameworks and allows client to understand, explore and/or address irrational thinking patterns, gain mindfulness skills, gain mood regulation and distress tolerance skills, improve communication skills and relationship and strengthen personal motivation and commitment to goals.
