Feeling really comfortable will be one of the most important parts of this experience for you. I have been a therapist for over 25 years and have found that each person has a unique story. The approach we take depends on your story and what kind of help you’re looking for. My focus has always been to use advances in psychotherapy in a casual and real way. I work with all adults and have a specialty in Men’s Issues. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
