Becky Flowers, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
Hi! My name is Becky Flowers! I am an artist, teacher, and mental health therapist combining these modalities in treatment. I specialize in holistic treatment with a focus on neurodiversity, trauma healing, and relationships. My approach to counseling is very holistic in nature. It has been my experience that people get better when working on mind, body, and spirit approaches simultaneously while also working actively to improve their life's conditions. I also have experience as a coach and advocate, and my approach is heavily solution-focused.Advanced studies in trauma-informed therapy inform my working style as well. I am a real lifelong learner and am currently pursuing my credentials in art therapy and interfaith ministry as part of my PhD program. In addition to serving as a counselor, I write programs and curricula in three main areas: learning and executive function skills, trauma healing using mind-body approaches, and maintaining healthy relationships.
