What should a new client know about working with you?

I have spent 30 plus years in the mental health field and have learned different therapies throughout that time. I utilize a number of therapies to return you to your optimum self. Together we will identify what works for you. No two people are alike and each of us are unique. I also encourage my clients to utilize Eastern therapies (acupuncture, message therapy, reiki, yoga, acupressure, Chinese herbal medicine, Tai Chi, etc.) together with talk counseling to reach their optimum self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to address your current mental health concerns, needs, or problems. They will leave understanding how to handle life's challenges with new learned coping skills and ways of thinking, etc.
