With over six years of experience working in a variety of settings and coming from a trauma-informed approach, I offer a fresh perspective on therapy and mental health support that focuses on person-centered therapy to confront issues and work through life’s problems. I specialize in substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, domestic violence, and homelessness. I am adept at creating a comfortable and healing environment where we collaborate on your care. In addition to person-centered therapy, I also have extensive experience in motivational interviewing techniques, EMDR, and dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT).
