Getting to know Brandon Crotty
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 25 years of counseling experience in clinical, private, and educational settings. I hold a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Canisius College. I practice Client-centered therapy, which is based on the belief that the client is best able to decide what to explore and set as goals for treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason an individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve-not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard. I believe in relationships. It may seem elementary, but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness depends on the relationships we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family or social circle is, we are all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I have witnessed this to be true in all of my clients, as well as in myself. I currently reside in Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
