“I found this overnight and was seen the next day. They had an intake form that asked a lot of good questions so my new therapist could know as much about me and then we covered that during my initial intake appointment. I felt listened to, seen, valued and affirmed the entire time and am excited for my next appointment. Highly recommended to others. Also specialized in my focus areas with adhd autism and a few other things”

Getting to know Brenden Stinson

Hi, I’m Brenden, a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C). One of the questions I hear most often is: Can I really get better? It’s an honest—and tough—question, especially when you’re dealing with things like anxiety, depression, addiction, or navigating life on the autism spectrum. So I’ll respond with another question: Do you believe you can get better? Your answer to that will shape everything. Because while healing isn’t always easy, it is possible—and what you believe about your own potential plays a powerful role in that process. And if you’re not quite there yet, that’s okay. My job is to help you get there—with a series of time-tested, evidence-based techniques designed not just to inspire change, but to help you stay committed to it. Over the years, I’ve worked in many different settings—including hospitals—supporting people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. I’ve helped individuals move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to moving forward with hope and purpose. My approach is grounded in deep clinical training, but even more so in seeing the whole person—not just a diagnosis. Whether you’re struggling with low confidence, decision-making, or feeling like every day blends into the next, I want you to know: there’s a way through it. What it’s like to work with me: - I believe in your ability to improve, even if you're not sure yet. We’ll build that belief together. - I’ll support your commitment to change—and help you hold onto it, especially when things feel tough. - I see you as a whole person, not a label or a list of symptoms. - We’ll uncover what’s getting in your way, gently and without judgment. - You’ll gain tools to build confidence and clarity, so decisions stop feeling so overwhelming. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen—and you don’t have to face it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

1. Non-Judgmental Approach: I want you to know that I'm not here to judge you. Everyone has their unique experiences and challenges, and I respect your journey. 2. Active Engagement: I’m not just here to sit quietly and observe. My goal is to be actively involved in our sessions to ensure you feel supported and understood. 3. Supportive Role: My primary focus is on helping you get better. I’m here to provide guidance, tools, and encouragement as you navigate your challenges. 4. Open Communication: I value open dialogue, so feel free to express your thoughts and feelings freely. Your voice matters, and it's important for our work together. 5. Collaborative Partnership: We are in this together. Your goals and needs are at the center of our work, and I’m here to collaborate with you on finding the best path forward. Finally, when you work with me, you gain someone who genuinely cares. Many people struggle with the feeling that their therapist isn’t invested in them. However, I believe that my passion for this work stems from witnessing the transformations my clients achieve. It truly refuels my spirit.
