“Finding a good therapist is hard. I was lucky to find Brian, he made me feel comfortable right away. I was skeptical going in as I'm not great at opening up, but something about the way Brian carries himself just makes it easy. He's warm without being over the top about it, and he listens in a way that makes you feel like what you're saying actually matters. No rushed energy, no clipboard vibes. On the professional side, he clearly knows his stuff. Sessions always felt purposeful, never like we were just filling time. But it never felt stiff or textbook either. The biggest thing for me was learning to genuinely relax, not just white-knuckle my way through stress. Brian gave me real, practical tools that I still use like biofeedback, learning to breathe and a lot of it came from just being in his presence. Would definitely recommend Brian. ”
