Getting to know Bridget Fowler

Life can feel like standing at a crossroads with no clear signs. The pressure to have it all figured out - your career, your relationships, your sense of self - can quietly build into something heavier than you expected. If you're waking up exhausted, struggling to feel motivated, and carrying a low hum of worry that never quite goes away, you're not alone. And you don't have to keep pushing through it on your own. I specialize in working with adults navigating the overlapping challenges of anxiety and depression - two experiences that often travel together, each making the other harder to manage. You might find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking and withdrawal, feeling both restless and empty at the same time. That tension is real, and it makes sense given everything you're carrying. My approach combines talk therapy with practical, evidence-based tools designed to build lasting change. Together, we'll work to untangle the thought patterns keeping you stuck, develop coping skills you can actually use in daily life, and strengthen your emotional resilience and flexibility - so that when life gets hard, you have real resources to draw on. I create a space that is warm, judgment-free, and genuinely tailored to who you are, and what works for you. You're at a stage of life that's full of real pressure and real possibility. Therapy isn't about having something "seriously wrong" with you - it's about getting the support you deserve to move through this period with more clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand therapy can be scary. Usually, the issues we face today are rooted in our history, and examining and processing these memories can be painful. I’m here to provide you with support, guidance and feedback for as long as you need.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
