As a therapist, I see my role as that outside help, a facilitator of change. As a tenacious and creative psychotherapist, I use a variety of modalities to assist clients in making positive change and transforming their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have had the privilege of working with youth, adults, and families facing diverse mental health concerns. My training spans many areas, and I am also a certified Christian Counselor and a Reiki Therapist. I utilize all of these skills to assist clients in attaining mental wellness. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, spirituality, stress, and adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health.
