With a trauma-informed, systemic approach, I draw from Feminist Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. I’ve received advanced training in sexuality from the Sexual Health Alliance and am currently pursuing certification in sex therapy. My journey studying human sexuality and gender dynamics has taken me from Denmark to Rajasthan fueling my passion to help you create a fulfilling, empowered life.

Brooke helped me through a very difficult time in my life with my marriage falling apart when I felt completely lost and a shell of myself and didn't really know where to turn. She gave me confidence and helped me find the answers for myself when I was struggling and felt stuck and desperately wanted to make the correct decision. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know looking for a therapist. I'm very grateful for the work she did with me. Thank you!

I started seeing Brooke when I was exploring my gender identity, and she made something that felt really scary so much easier to talk about. From day one, she made me feel safe, respected, and truly seen. She’s kind, understanding, and incredibly easy to talk to. She brings a unique perspective and never makes it feel clinical — just real, human connection. I’ve never felt more comfortable opening up to someone. She’s helped me more than I can put into words. Brooke seriously rocks at what she does. If you’re looking for someone who just gets it, I can’t recommend her enough.

We have been clients of Brooke for 3 years and the only reason we’re leaving is because we’re moving away from Texas. Brooke has been the most amazing therapist for my husband and me. She’s kind, caring, compassionate, and accepting of all. She has helped my husband and I drastically improve our relationship even when we didn’t realize that our patterns were causing issues for us. Aside from her quality of care, she always maintained open and prompt communication and scheduling was easy and flexible. If you’re looking for a couples/sex therapist, do yourself a service and see Brooke!

Brooke is truly amazing. She helped me through such an important part of my personal growth, and I always felt completely seen, heard, and supported. She has this calm, caring presence that just makes you feel safe to be fully yourself.
