I additionally specialize in pregnancy and postpartum.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a direct and collaborative approach. Teamwork makes the dream work. There are many different therapeutic approaches I draw from based on your individual needs. In our consultation I can share more clinical jargon about my therapeutic approach!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My passion is to help you feel a sense of peace and fulfillment in everything you do through therapy. Through warmth, authenticity and a good sense of humor I champion clients to understand themselves and create meaningful change.
