What should a new client know about working with you?

The first approach I take in therapy is to build a rapport and healthy communication with the client, which is imperative for the therapeutic relationship, then I have a variety of different modalities I can chose from that will best fit the need of each individual I work with.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

There is no ideal client. Every human being has to figure out how to live life on the terms that are best for them, in a way that is functional, and allows them not just to survive but thrive.I love helping individuals live the life that is best for them, and I believe that helping people is not only my passion but my purpose. It’s time to unpack the invisible backpack of stuff, and together we can figure out what’s the healthy solution to getting to your best life.
