IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $200 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 28 years of experience supporting children, families, and service professionals through life's most difficult challenges. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and complex family dynamics. I also have extensive experience working with military members, veterans, first responders, and individuals impacted by abuse or sex addiction. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and direct. I earned my Master of Counseling in marriage and family therapy from the University of Phoenix. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to support healing, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face it alone.
