Getting to know Carla Gehle

Hi there, I'm Carla! I have over a decade of experience helping motivate individuals and couples from many different backgrounds. I work with people that have a range of counseling needs using a solution-focused-client-centered approach to overcome their struggles in life. I specialize helping people and couples navigate their relationships issues, or if they have recently left a relationship we work together to figure out what is next in life. I use my skill set in different communication styles, Gottman theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy to guide my clients and couples to their desired change. My education includes a Masters in Counseling, Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Specialist. I have also completed levels 1 and 2 of Gottman’s Relationship Method Therapy training.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We work together as a team to guide you to a happier place. I want people that I work with to feel comfortable by providing them a safe, non-judgement environment . I practice with an intent and understanding that realistic goals are important to focus on in the counseling process.
