I earned my Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling at the same institution. My person-centered philosophy helps me tailor treatment to each person, couple, and family. I base many of my approaches on positive psychology and integrate this within Motivational Interviewing, Psychoanalytic, Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Family Systems. I am committed and dedicated to helping people change their lives for the better and overcome obstacles. Empathy and compassion are the most important parts of fostering growth. I pride myself on my ability to meet people where they are and on my compassionate attitude. I work with everyone to find the best way to address any and all issues. I specialize in positive psychology and can use that framework with any approach.
