I offer a safe space to help you examine your current life circumstances and determine what's getting in the way of reaching your potential. Together, we will identify goals to work on so that you can live in a way more aligned with your values. I approach therapy through a humanistic lens and utilize cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions when appropriate. With my MEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Orleans, along with my experience and training, I bring empathy, acceptance, curiosity, and humor into the therapy room. Services: Individual Psychotherapy Patient Focus: Adolescent, Adult *Please note that Friday 11 am appointments are available on a biweekly cadence only.* **A team member from Therapy Connect NYC will contact you via email [check Junk/Spam folder] within 24 business hours of your booking to discuss your care and answer any questions in preparation for your first appointment.
