What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic style is collaborative and dynamic. I see the therapy process as highly individualized and so I strive to meet the unique needs and preferences for all clients. My approach is geared towards building understanding of internal responses to life experiences to help create meaningful change in your present-day life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first few sessions we build an understanding of your goals and what you would hope to gain from our work together. From there we will collaborate to create a realistic plan for how to address your concerns. Often this involves a combination of skill-building, education, and talk-therapy during sessions.
