I take a holistic approach, carefully considering their unique circumstances when developing a therapeutic plan that best supports their needs.

In a therapy session with me, I create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their reasons for seeking therapy at this point in their lives. I take the time to understand their past therapeutic experiences—what has been helpful, what hasn't—and explore their goals.
