My extensive experience spans inpatient and outpatient settings, community-based clinics, residential facilities, hospitals, state agencies, tribal health agencies, and educational institutions from elementary to university levels, both in-person and through telehealth platforms. This diverse background has provided me with a wealth of insight into the unique needs of individuals and groups. I consider myself an eclectic therapist, drawing on multiple theories of psychotherapy, including cognitive, behavioral, somatic, motivational, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic, rational emotive, dialectical, holistic, gestalt, and existential therapy. My approach is always client-centered, with a common thread of motivational interviewing techniques throughout our sessions. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can improve your quality of life and overcome any challenges you may be facing. We all encounter difficulties at different times in our lives, whether related to education, family, relationships, social connections, work, traumatic experiences, cognitive impairments, financial stressors, health issues, or overwhelming emotions. These challenges can lead to symptoms such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, TBI, ADD/ADHD, substance use disorders, and more. I believe that the answers lie within you, and my role is to help you discover them.
