She enjoys assisting individuals in coping with life transitions, grief and loss, postpartum, and relationship issues. Carson completed both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Education in Community Counseling at Lynchburg College. Carson's approach to therapy encompasses various techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centered therapy.
