What should a new client know about working with you?

“There are countless spaces in this world where we are expected to show up and conform to external expectations, roles, and standards. From a young age, I felt called to create a different kind of space: one where people can show up exactly as they are, without pressure or pretense. A place where you can cry when you need to cry, laugh when you need to laugh, and lay down the burdens you’ve been carrying. A place where you can breathe freely, be radically honest, and feel fully seen and supported. I lead sessions with care, warmth, and humanity. I strive to create an environment that is uniquely tailored to you whether that means sitting on the couch with fidget toys during talk therapy, engaging in bilateral stimulation through EMDR, learning practical communication tools with your partner, or using the sandtray during a family therapy session. I take time to understand the many facets of your life and identity, honoring your inherent strengths. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and change, though obstacles can get in the way. Together, we will draw on your strengths and gently work through those barriers. I recognize the courage it takes to share your story, and I am deeply honored to be invited into it.”
