Getting to know Charlotte Perdue
During my journey, I came close to giving up; however, I persevered. I now work to support others who wish to overcome obstacles holding them back from their own goals-tackling those challenges that seem impossible. Whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or something that is difficult to categorize, I am here to walk with you through this journey. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from Radford University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective support.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is to work myself out of a job with each individual person. Realizing each person is unique and is more than a diagnosis.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The overall goal is for each person to feel they have the skills they can transfer to other issues that arise in their lives. Empowered and encouraged.

I did not appreciate the onslaught of calls and texts at onboarding for insurance and forms. It was annoying and not considerate of busy stressed out people, which is most people who seek therapy. Also I think I had to fill out the forms twice which was annoying at the time when I was supposed to start my appointment.

For onboarding, I had been requested twice to fill out some of the online forms (the ones that required a number of signatures). It would be helpful to have the ability to go to a website to check account status to avoid duplication.
