I am most passionate about working with adults who feel burdened by unresolved traumas and adversities. Whether you're burdened by depression, anxiety, grief, or self-doubt, we can work together to help you reclaim your natural strengths and spark for life, and learn to love and accept yourself for who you are. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Augusta University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on this journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each meeting will include discussion about your desired focus and outcome for the session, active and experiential strategies/skills relevant to your objectives, recommendations for between session practice of strategies, evaluation of treatment effectiveness. We will Identify and hone your natural qualities and strengths to effectively address your current challenges. Explore current obstacles that make it difficult for you to be the best version of yourself. Use strategies to build resiliency to effectively weather future life storms.
