You’re disconnected from your body. You’re on autopilot. You feel at odds with yourself. The “you” you’re meant to be feels so close but just barely out of reach. Past traumas and anxiety are getting in the way, and the self-sabotage is starting to get annoying. Every night, you go to bed thinking, “Okay, tomorrow is the day I change my life,” but that doesn’t always stick. Maybe you understand some of your patterns but aren’t sure how to actually change them. Together, we’ll look at where those patterns come from, how they show up in your relationships and nervous system, and what parts of you might be trying to protect. I draw from attachment, parts work, and somatic therapy to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, body image concerns, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to know exactly where to start. We’ll figure it out together and work toward helping you feel more connected to yourself and your life. Schedule today to get started.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. You don’t need to come in with everything figured out or know exactly what you want to talk about. We’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and work together to understand the patterns that keep showing up. I believe your symptoms and patterns usually developed for a reason, so rather than trying to “fix” or get rid of parts of yourself, we’ll get curious about what they’re trying to do for you. We’ll pay attention to both your thoughts and what’s happening in your body and nervous system. Some sessions may involve talking through what’s going on in your life, while others may involve slowing down and noticing what you’re experiencing in the moment. My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and more connected to yourself.
