What should a new client know about working with you?

My style of therapy aims to help you gain more perspective into the connection between your thoughts, behaviors and emotions. While working with me, you can expect a collaborative therapeutic approach that seeks to bring lasting changes. You can also expect insightful feedback and help in identifying patterns that may be holding you back.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we will have an intake session where I gather background information to better help me understand your goals for treatment. Sometimes it takes the first few sessions to gather this information. My goal is to provide an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment in which you can feel comfortable opening up about the issues you are experiencing. I believe the most important piece in the therapeutic process is building a strong rapport. If you feel like we may be a good fit to work together, please feel free to reach out to schedule today.
