Christina is wonderful! She has been very helpful throughout my therapy journey. Almost every time that I see her my session ends with me feeling a lot better. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I’ve seen a handful of therapists that I just couldn’t connect with. That wasn’t the case with Christina.

Wishing you Wellness! My name is Christina and I am a licensed therapist with over 24 years of experience. As a seasoned therapist, I have also worked as a Hospital Executive, Executive Director of 2 psychiatric practices, coach, mentor, clinical supervisor, researcher, and professor. During my journey to help others, I’ve earned a Master in Counseling, a second in Education and I am currently completing a Ph.D. in Psychology. I have significant and diverse clinical expertise along with multiple certifications. I treat a wide range of challenges for adults 18 years and older. This includes Depression, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, infertility-related issues, chronic pain and illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, trauma, stress-related disorders, and Women’s issues. I am experienced in CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, brief-solution oriented therapy, motivational interviewing, life coaching, and skills and strength-based approaches. Christina’s passion is to help people and it shows through her work. I’ve seen Christina for the past three years and can confidently say she is very personal- remembering details from past visits, important dates, medication info, etc. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and able to bring different perspectives and scientific research to help. She truly cares about her patients’ well-being and I don’t know where I’d be without having her in my corner these past few years.

I have grown astronomically. I’m able to step outside of myself and set boundaries that allow me to feel free. I also also learned to sit in the feelings. Setting boundaries that allow me to feel free. I also learned to sit in the feelings and not always react which me to stand up for myself. Allowing me to address issues that were attached to people that I love.
Since I have become more enlighten. I am able to move forward in my career, education, finances, and health. Especially Mental Health!
Christina is kind and caring and she always has a positive outlook on how to utilize resources. I lashed out at her last year because I was off my medication and I was having issues within a relationship . I wanted to walk away from counseling. She assured me that this happens sometimes in the process. I knew she was right and she was open to taking me on again. ( she was not obligated to) I am grateful! ??
