What should a new client know about working with you?

There are times when we all need extra support and a reminder that we’re not alone. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I take a holistic, humanistic, and strengths-based approach—honoring the whole person rather than labeling by problems. With warmth and empathy, I’ll support you in exploring your concerns, building on your strengths, and moving toward meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Prior to our first session, you will receive an email from Headway to create your Headway patient portal and complete intake forms. In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and identifying your goals and needs for therapy. We'll meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. As our work together continues, I will offer practical, personalized tools to help you meet your goals to better cope with life's stressors and add value, joy and meaning to your life.
