Getting to know Christine Nelson

With over three decades of dedicated practice, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy that identifies the negative patterns between the body and mind. My work is recently rooted in the "newer" field of somatic psychology. This new approach recognizes that healing truly deepens when we listen to and incorporate the body's responses to our thoughts. The leader of this field is Dr. Peter Levine. These skills can be easily taught and some results can be seen as early as the first session. Staying current with emerging techniques, I am committed to sharing, modeling, and supporting your new techniques that have an "almost instant" impact on existing negative patterns!
