1. I gave a 2 because when I was getting therapy I felt like I was getting somewhere. Now my therapist ghosted me. This has truly deterred me from wanting to search for therapy in person or online ever again. \n\n2. I have received two instances of duplicate charges twice the amount of a regular visit months after I had the visit even occurred. To get in contact with a customer service representative is non-existent and they say their response time is within a certain number of business days but I didn't hear back from my original email for weeks. \n\nSo I feel like a cash cow. I honestly feel like I was told what I wanted to hear and what would make me feel better at the moment because not only am I suffering mentally and have no one I feel safe going to but financially I am being impacted without a reason as to why that occurs other than \"you will get duplicate charges from time to time\". \n\nWhy? For what appointment? This makes no sense to me and when I try to get answers I am met with no answers. I just do not trust Sondermind or any therapist at this point and I want to cry because I desperately need to see someone but I just have no faith that they will truly care for me.
