I can't recommend Dr. Cindy Herzog highly enough. After seeing 15 other evaluators who left me feeling more lost than ever, Dr. Herzog was a beacon of hope. From the moment I first walked into her office, she made it clear that my well-being was her priority. She personally stands at the door to greet me, creating an immediate sense of warmth and care.
Dr. Herzog's thoughtful approach truly sets her apart. During our second session, she offered me some 'calming strips' for anxiety, which were not only incredibly helpful but also came in the sweetest decorated envelope. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel seen and understood in a way I hadn't experienced before.
By our third session, she had handed me her edition of *Trauma Bonding*, Her willingness to share such valuable resources shows her genuine commitment to my healing.
Dr. Herzog has not only been a skilled therapist but also a compassionate guide through a difficult period in my life.

The entire experience was alleviating. The fact that my doc Dr Cindy Herzog was waiting to greet me at the offices main door. Immediately set in a calm mood for me who struggles a lot with social anxiety as is. Within a session was able to uncover a lot of problems it had taken 7+ psychiatrists to analyze.

This calling was initially ignited during my early career as a case manager, where I supported individuals grappling with severe and persistent mental illnesses. This experience sparked an unwavering passion for advocacy, leading me to become a dedicated advocate for individuals affected by mental health struggles. My mission has always been rooted in facilitating meaningful conversations and establishing a nurturing therapeutic alliance that empowers clients on their journey to well-being.
I hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas, which has provided me with a strong foundation to support diverse client needs. I am most passionate about guiding individuals on a profound journey of self-discovery, helping them unearth their inner voice?a vital tool for self-empowerment and growth. My therapeutic approach primarily draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), a powerful modality that empowers individuals to challenge and reframe negative thought patterns, ultimately fostering positive change and personal growth.
